On the 8th of every month JC runs automatic monthly Curriculum for TLE centers.


I have made canned responses under TLE in the canned responses section of emails. (Ask for training if you are unsure where they are)

I CANNOT ACCESS CURRICULUM



Most of the questions asked is to modify the order or they say "they cant add curriculum to the cart because its saying there is already an order"


A. If they call asking to modify an order - You can guide them on how to do it through their portal

   1. Go to your account

   2. Go to your orders

   3. Under orders you will see there is an order waiting for payment (THE ORDER WILL NOT ALREADY BE IN THE CART)

   4. From there they will hit modify next to that order number OR pay now if they don't want to modify and just check out

   5. Once its in their cart to modify ALL they have to do is hit EDIT underneath the icon of the object they want to modify to change numbers OR the trash can button to delete. 

   6. They can also add any addition materials they would like to this order that isnt curriculum related

   7. Then they can check out as normal.



***Some centers will also ask if we can ship their order out quickly. Tell them to select express shipping at checkout HOWEVER this option may be pricey - we do not know the price however since it's dictated by their third party account shipper and depends on weight***



****In very rare circumstances some centers will say it doesnt look like they can access curriculum to order through their portal. IF that happens, all you do is go to WEBSITE CUSTOMERS > find the center > click edit> find product specific user groups> and make sure either Massachusetts or  NON Massachusetts is selected (you can find out what they are by googling the center and seeing where the address is ) - select the one needed, save and then let them know "you just had to change a setting on the account so now they can log out and log back in"****
