If there is a case when a TLE needs a package sent to a different address when the package is in shipping status:

 

- Have TLE contact the carrier to check if they can send the package to a new address. 

- Keep in mind that whenever a package is out of the WM Printing establishment we have no control over package delivery destination nor delays.


If TLE is unsuccessful with contacting the carrier and the package is already delivered:

1. Encourage TLE customer to pick up the package from the address on file 

2. Inform TLE that they can reorder materials and have them shipped to a new address.
