WHEN TO USE

1.) Any tasks requested from TLE to WM that are non-order related should be added to this board.

2.) Status updates of the monthly curriculum can be placed in updates in the corresponding month.

3.) New artwork - we now prefer a Monday task instead of FTP so we can also receive written instructions on what the new artwork is to be used for (example; a custom one-off order, new portal product, etc)

4.) Add anything you would normally email, call, or text with exceptions listed below in the "When Not To Use" section.


WHEN NOT TO USE 

1.) Any order related issues from centers (example Helpdesk tickets) - These can still be forwarded emails between curriculum@tlecorp.com, enrichmentkits@tlecorp.com, and tle@wmprinting.com

2.) Proofs - WM will be setting up "Inventory" products online for instant online digital proofing with automated printing workflow after checkout.


HOW TO USE


STEP 1 - Choose Category...

• LEAP & LEAP Interactive (Other Than Monthlies)

• Monthly Curriculum (USA)

• UK (East Finchley)

• Enrichment

• Kindergarten

• FFE

• Phonics

• Convention

• Misc Items


STEP 2 - Add Task & Fill Out All Required Fields

1.) Create a name for the task with the overall topic of subject

2.) Choose Status:

Not Started - By default selected for new tasks that should be on our radar but not a priority yet

Waiting on TLE - Select when TLE is required to provide feedback to WM first in order for WM to finish the task.

WM Working - Select when 100% of all pending actions (checklist) is waiting on WM

Done - Select only when the task is 100% completed.

3.) Choose a due date for the task

4.) Select TLE Employee(s) you wish to be "at mention" tagged with updates related to this new task.

5.) WM Employee by default should always be marked with Chadd (TLE Project Manager) for current tasks we should be working on.

6.) If portal products need to be updated/edited then also add JC to "WM Employee". If not, Chadd will also add JC in when required.


STEP 3 - Create Action Plan Checklist In Updates

1.) Click on a task and update with detailed instructions with what is needed from WM

2.) Add a checklist (click the checkmark icon in updates) for action steps (milestones) that are required for the task to be 100% completed (in order to mark done).


STEP 4 - Set Priority

1.) Drag and drop new tasks towards the top of each group (category) in the order of highest priority (top of the list) to lowest priority (bottom of the list)

FILTER VIEW

Main Table - All tasks view

Chadd's List - Tasks assigned to Chadd

Waiting On TLE - Tasks WM is waiting on TLE for feedback first in order to complete

JC List - Tasks assigned to JC

Calendar - View of upcoming due dates in a nice calendar format

*We can add more filtered views in the future as needed.  For example after you complete assignments for "TLE Employee" it may be a good idea to add filtered named views per team member.


SEARCHING

1.) Click on the "Main Table" filter view first before searching (otherwise it will only search tasks within the filtered view)

2.) Click the magnify icon "Search" on the top right to search for any keywords to find tasks in any group (category) including the "Done" group.

3.) You can also use magnify icon on the left sidebar for global search across all boards (including Done).
