Third-party shipping is required for TLE right now otherwise auto orders show as weight based to flag it. Should a center need updated shipping information Fulfillment will assign a task to the CSRs to call or email the centers (if you called and left a vm) to follow up and collect new shipping information.
NO the centers cannot have us charge them later and put the order on our shipping account. It MUST be third party shipping. If they are unable to locate the number advise them to contact their RM or World Wide Express (which is the company that sets up their shipping accounts). Please make sure they know their order will not ship until this number has been updated.
