Please make sure ALL credit cards on file for clients are ones with their names attached.
Use case example : Nelson (CNL) gave us CC auth forms for credit cards that did not have his name on them and told us we were authorized to charge them. The owner of one of the cards is saying he never authorized these uses.
Going forward with any client or Nelson, the CC auth form we get MUST have the clients name on them OR come from OFFICIAL representation from the company (ex: the billing department) because they will use the owners CC for orders.
