  • All orders are required to be placed on the online print portal tle.wmrpinting.com
  • CSR can help assist the client by logging in as a client and help load their shopping cart, shipping address, saving a new credit card on file in the checkout, or use an existing credit card on file.
  • All center accounts will have user email ending such as location@tlechildcare.com
  • If you notice the center using a non @tlechildcare.com email (for example @tlecorp.com or @gmail.com).  Please update @tlechildcare.com email is required and then you can put additional emails in the cc field.  
  • You can even add multiple additional emails in the cc field by separating them with commas.

  • For marketing-related items refer them to Alyson Ginesta - aginesta@tlecorp.com
  • For curriculum-related items refer them to Curriculum Help Desk - curriculum@tlecorp.com
  • For enrichment-related items refer them to Enrichment Help Desk - enrichmentkits@tlecorp.com
  • If there are other parts of the email (for example shipping/website issues, etc) then before forwarding an email to the above headquarter emails - be sure to click the 3 dots on the bottom of the email in order to then highlight & delete the other parts of the conversation thread.  This way we are not showing corporate the other issues that may be on the same ticket.

USE CENTER TLE ACCOUNT:

  • If headquarter employee is asking to order and ship to the center then use the center's account 
  • All center accounts will have user email ending such as location@tlechildcare.com


USE PERSONAL NAMED TLE ACCOUNT:

  • If headquarter employee is asking to be delivered to non-center such as corp HQ address ___ or home (bc) then use their user account.
  • All personal accounts will have user email ending such as mnolasco@tlecorp.com

  • Create a new Monday task on the "Projects" board and assign it to Chadd with copy & paste of URL Freshdesk Ticket link.
