Once you submit your artwork for print, you have less than an hour to contact us immediately. You can report a problem on the back end of your account, email info@wmprinting.com, submit a case form, or call for immediate action during regular business hours. WM Printing is not responsible for printed artwork you submit that is not correct. We offer a small window as a courtesy only. This excludes any Web-to-Print orders submitted. If a Web-to-Print order is submitted you cannot change the artwork without re-ordering the item or product. No refunds will be issued for projects printed due to incorrect artwork.
