The status of your job is located in your account on the back end of this website, and the turnaround time is in the estimate or invoice sent to you. Standard turnaround times apply to all products unless a rush fee has been requested. Anything submitted after NOON Monday - Friday will go into production the NEXT business day. Your turnaround time starts when you have paid in full for your order. If you have a problem accessing your account for more details, please reset your password at the log in screen for this website.
