DAILY WORKFLOW (FOH - CSR)


  1. Clock in
  2. Turn on TV (Background Video) and prep your area.
  3. Check your Monday Task list. Check and clear all notifications and messages. Implement or make notes and update tasks. 
  4. Check Voicemail on Vonage and call back any missed calls - Notate in Monday and delegate if necessary. 
  5. Open Freshdesk / Reply to all emails and begin to input into Monday or WM Back-end (orders / custom quotes).
  6. Check Pick-Up shelf and follow up with any orders that are back there to be picked up. 
  7. Lunch Break
  8. Check Mail (Physical Mail) 
  9. Upload Important Documents to folders and shred/forward to proper department if needed.
  10. Check Back End Quotes and follow up with your list by filtering ESTIMATE SENT with your Name Assigned.
  11. From Last to Most Current, call client to follow up with the estimate sent. If they do not Answer, send an email. 
  12. Make a note in the Quote Request with date and details of your follow up. 
  13. Repeat Steps 3, 4, 5 & 6 once complete until end of day.

  • Extra Options: (Need them bundled or Shrink Wrap etc)
  • Notes: (Client wants to make sure the stickers can adhere to donkey hair etc)
  • Due Date: (when does the client need them by)
  • Delivery: (Local Pick-up, UPS Ground, Carrier etc)
  • Payment(How will you be paying, would you like us to keep this on file for future jobs?)
