Create a New Folder on your Google Tabs Browser "Quote Support".

Inside that folder has two tabs you need to do any custom quote.

First Link Is Your Quote Calculator for Margin/Markup.

The second one is your spreadsheet template.


Each CSR /SALES/QUOTING Department will have their own Copied Versions of the Master Spreadsheet for Quote Calculations.


For every custom quote, you click this folder tab and open both of these spreadsheet links, these are your main quoting tools. 

Duplicate the spreadsheet template by clicking on "FILE" and select "Make a Copy".

Close the OLD original spreadsheet template, and RENAME your new template by copying and pasting the quote number you are working on. 


Once you input the cost and determine the markup, copy the spreadsheet URL for the project and paste it into the WM Backend "Google Spreadsheet Link" area. 


Input the price and vendor in the quote and "Save as a Draft"


Review your work, price, and double-check everything before you send the quote.
