Go to Separo Dashboard https://separo.io/
Click the Dashboard button. (Login should be in Dashlane)
You will see this upon successful login
Active Jobs: Is where current and approved artwork is stored
Archived Jobs: is for TEST and/or DO NOT USE FILES. DO NOT DOWNLOAD ANY FILES FROM THIS SECTION
NEW JOB: Will prompt you to upload your file (.ai / .pdf / .png / .eps is strongly recomended)
1. Back Button - This goes back to the dashboard. Your File will be automatically saved. If the file is wrong or the upload was unintentional, please rename the title to DO NOT USE and move to Archived Jobs
2. File Name - The initial name is the file name. It is good practice to name the title the WM job # associated with the file to keep organized.
3. Color Picker - Amount of Colors detected in the upload. This will vary upon the artwork. Max for the ROQ is 7 (*6 colors in separo since separo creates an underbase color which is not shown in the color picker). From here you will gauge from what was initially uploaded taking off colors and judging if you see a noticeable change *(meaning it doesn't even come close to what was provided)
4. Request Separation - Here you can download separated files for print
5. Suggested Separated Colors - Here separo will list colors that it detected on its analysis of the art uploaded
6. Viewer Checker - View options to compare original to the suggested color preview based on the color picker number
7. Viewer - viewport/work area. It will be the size of the document uploaded. The outputs will also be the same as it was uploaded.
