Until further notice, this policy is still in place.  Florida is now in Phase 3 but masks policy in Palm Beach County has not changed from previous phases.

Masks are required in all common areas and when not able to practice social distancing.

WHEN ARE MASKS REQUIRED:

• Anytime you can't follow social distancing (when you're not 6ft away from other people)

• Common area's - Hallways, Breakroom, Walkways, etc

• Walking to and from the bathrooms

• Walking into other department's and/or offices

• Talking with other co-employees including managers/owners

• Greeting customers in the reception area

• All visitors are required to wear masks throughout the entire duration of their visit and employee escorting them or meeting our customers. There is a sign on the front door and must be followed or the customer is not allowed in.

• When Konica Technicians or other service techs are in the warehouse (A/C company, Crown Forklift, Roland Tech, etc)

WHAT ARE THE EXCEPTIONS AND WHEN AREN'T WE REQUIRED TO WEAR MASKS:

• If you are sitting at a computer workstation and no one is around you.

• If you are isolated in your department (6ft away from all others) - such as running machine standing/sitting in one place with no one around.  For example, Cameron operating a screen printer with no unloader but he must wear mask for setting up press as working in the back of the press is a common walkway.
