NEVER under base black or metallic ink (gold/silver) EVER!!!
ALWAYS use Spot Colors (Created or from Color Books)

If the ink area is relatively the same size then use rule - light ink to dark ink
Black Screen is always 1st
Underbase is always 2nd (or 1st if no black ink is required)

3 or more colors

230 - Complex Designs (thin text, small font), Gradients, Halftones, Black Ink (always), Simulated
305 - CMYK Process (white blanks only)
