Setup Draft in Sugar


Only two line items:


EDDM Full Service is one line item:


1. Mailing Services. This  includes Flyers print, Postage (not marked up), and Mailing Services including CC processing fees, bundling, etc...)  


Go to 4Over

Click Full Service

Click Post Cards

Select Full Service from the dropdown

If no specific date requested for mail date, select nearest available week.

Select size or closest option.

Select all next dropdowns.

Check off Sample

Click Select Routes

Enter client's requested zip code.

Click directly on the zip code in the map and select all routes.

Total  number of addresses spread across the number of routes.

Change quantity of flyers to the total number of addresses..

Update the entire line item in Sugar with correct specs (16pt..etc)

Take print cost called ":Product Price" (still on 4over)

Enter that price into the Quote Calculator.

Make sure in-hands dates in Sugar match on the Flyers and the Postage line items.

Divide the postage cost on 4over by the total addresses.

On Flyers Line Item add "Bundles of 100" in Bindery

Name job "EDDM Mail Campaign to 33480"

In external notes enter "EDDM Mail Campaign postcards sent to 843 businesses and 8868 residential mailboxes on over 17 routes in zip code 33480. All pieces mailed simultaneously. "


Click add to cart.

Postage is paid by check to avoid CC fee.

If paying by CC,
