If someone calls on Friday needing a Step and Repeat for Saturday, they need to have artwork ready. If not, we can take their logos and do a quick file setup.
Let the client know we are closed on Saturday so we can try to have it ready same day.
Ask the client if they need hardware too or just the graphic.
Call Gloria at Macro Mega 561-882-6514, tell her you're with WM Printing, and see if she has hardware available and let her know as early in the morning as possible. Also ask her if she has time to make it for same day.
Get a price from her then mark up the cost. In the 2nd line item add $100 rush fee.
Get artwork/logo files from client and send to the Art Department to mockup quickly.
Send mockup to client for approval. Followup with a phone call to let them know the email was sent.
Once art is approved, GET PAYMENT. If no payment is made, no further action is taken at this point.
Once payment goes through, email Gloria at info@macroprintusa.com with the order. They print on 13oz banner with 3" pole pockets, hems.
Put Job ID on Wunderlist for Roger to Pickup with today's date.
